Danish ecologist Jens Böcher left us today, leaving the entire Arctic Station to myself and Ruth. So now its just us and millions of break dancing flies!

One of the birds with a geolocator started visiting a feeder yesterday.  The stalk was just visible pointing out from the back feathers (see pic below).
